Course Fees Interim Fee of Rs. 63,000/- for AY 2013-14 is chargeable as per "Shikshan Shulka Samiti-Maharashtra State" guidelines.
The final fee fixed by "Shikshan Shulka Samiti", which may be higher than this interim fee shall be, payable by the Candidates /Parents.In case, the Fee finalized by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti is less than this Interim Fee, then the College authority shall refund the same within 4 weeks or adjust the same against fees receivable in the same Academic Year.
It is further to note that the candidates admitted in Academic Year 2013-14 and thereafter continuing their studies, will require to pay an enhanced/ additional fee @ 8% on the final fee fixed on successive years till completion of their course, as per the norms laid down by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti.
Fee Refund Policy
The Refund of Fees (Tuition, Development & other, if any) after cancellation of admissions secured through CAP rounds (I, II, III & IV), Institute Level rounds & Vacancy rounds in the College shall be governed by the guidelines/directions issued by the AICTE and Directorate of Technical Education, M.S. Mumbai. The candidates, who have been provisionally admitted, may cancel his/her admission by submitting an application, in duplicate, in the prescribed Pro-forma - O. The refund of fees as applicable shall be made in due course. It is made clear that such application for cancellation will be considered if and only if, the admission is confirmed by paying the prescribed tuition fee and other fees, in full amount and also submitting the original documents. In such case the admission is cancelled, the Refund of Fees shall be made after deduction of the cancellation charges, which will be applicable as shown below:
|1. Request for cancellation of admissions is received before the date of start of the academic session and the seat could be filled in by the College/Institute before the cut-off date.
||Entire Fees less Rs.1,000/-
|2. Request for cancellation of admissions is received after the start of the academic session and the seat could be filled in by the College/Institute before the cut-off date.
||Entire fee less the total fees (i.e. Tuition, Development & other fees) on pro-rata basis.
|3. Request for cancellation of admissions is received before/ after the start of the academic session and the seat could not be filled in by the College/Institute, i.e. seat remains vacant.
